Craig is the Founding Partner of engageCFO bringing over two decades of leadership in finance and operations to help domestic and global clients navigate complex financial and strategic challenges. He partners with companies at every stage — whether preparing for rapid growth, scaling operations, raising capital, pursuing acquisitions, or planning for a successful exit.

Craig’s expertise spans finance, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, revenue recognition, and tax compliance. He’s known for streamlining processes, implementing scalable systems, and driving sustainable growth — all with a focus on maximizing value and preparing companies for successful outcomes.

Cherian is a Partner at engageCFO with 20+ years of finance and ops experience, helping clients navigate big decisions and complex challenges. His vast experience ranges from PE- and VC-backed companies to large public organizations – both in the U.S. and abroad. Cherian’s especially skilled at building financial models, setting up smart systems for growth, and getting businesses ready for a successful exit. He’s worked across healthcare, tech, and other fast-moving industries.

Outside of work, Cherian serves as Treasurer at his local food shelf and sits on the investment committee for a Vermont venture fund.

Randy is a Partner at engageCFO with over 25 years of experience as a finance and operations leader across a diverse range of companies, spanning revenues from $1 million to $5 billion. He has successfully transformed small startups and family-owned businesses into financially robust, sale-ready organizations. Randy excels at identifying opportunities to unlock growth potential through data-driven techniques and is passionate about automating processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting and operations. His extensive experience leading teams in finance, operations, underwriting, sales, marketing, and technology provides him with a comprehensive, 360-degree perspective of organizational dynamics, enabling him to effectively relate to, appreciate, and communicate with stakeholders at every level.

Jason Young, MBA, EA, is a tax professional with more than 15 years of experience, backed by a solid foundation in accounting, tax preparation, and taxpayer representation. As Tax Lead at engageTAX, he collaborates with individuals and businesses to provide accurate and strategic tax solutions that support compliance while advancing long-term financial objectives.

Jason brings extensive experience in individual and business tax preparation, managing everything from routine filings to more complex returns across a range of industries. He is known for his disciplined approach, attention to detail, and ability to identify practical opportunities that help clients minimize risk and improve tax efficiency.

A core part of Jason’s expertise is taxpayer representation and tax controversy. As an Enrolled Agent, he is authorized to represent clients before the IRS and state tax authorities, guiding them through audits, collections matters, and other disputes. He has a proven track record of researching complex tax issues, developing resolution strategies, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

In addition, Jason holds an MBA from Champlain College and an undergraduate business degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida.

Jason takes a hands-on, client-first approach, partnering with business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals to simplify complex tax matters and provide clear, actionable guidance. His focus is on building trusted relationships and delivering results that go beyond the numbers.
